Why sleep in wool?
Poor sleep can result in a weakened immune system, increase the risk of depression and also poor physical health.
Research has shown that wool can help buffer heat and moisture changes compared to other fibres. This means that wool protects us from being affected by both high and low temperatures and also humidity.
