Q: Are your products made from real lambskin or synthetic materials?
A: All Casa Collection products are made from 100% genuine, ethically sourced lambskin and natural wool. We do not use synthetic alternatives.
Q: Why does the product I received look slightly different from the photo?
A: Each item is made from natural fibres, which means variations in colour, texture, and shape are expected. These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered faults.
Q: Are natural wool or lambskin products hypoallergenic?
A: Wool and lambskin are naturally breathable and resistant to dust mites, but they may not be suitable for individuals with lanolin or animal fibre sensitivities. We recommend consulting a health professional if you have concerns.
Care Instructions
Q: How should I care for my lambskin product?
A: Always follow the care instructions provided. Most lambskin products should be spot cleaned only. Avoid soaking, wringing, or exposing to direct sunlight or heat. If in doubt, consult a professional cleaner experienced with wool and sheepskin.
Q: Can I machine wash or tumble dry my wool product?
A: Unless otherwise stated, we do not recommend machine washing or tumble drying as it may damage the fibre and backing. Please refer to the label or our Product Care Guide for full instructions.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this time.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 3–4 business days and delivery typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.
Q: Can I request Authority to Leave (ATL)?
A: Yes, but please note that if you choose ATL, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivery is confirmed by the courier.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
A: Yes, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return postage is at your cost, and a restocking fee may apply.
Q: What if my item is faulty?
A: If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos. We'll assess and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Q: I’m not happy with the colour or softness – can I return it?
A: As our products are natural, there may be small differences in colour or texture. These are not considered faults and are not eligible for refund under change-of-mind.
Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and debit cards. We do not currently offer Afterpay.
Q: Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
