These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Casa Collection website and all purchases of our lambskin products (quilts, overlays, dual-fit lambskins) in Australia. By accessing or using our site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Ordering

You must be over 16 or have parental permission to purchase; no strict 18+ requirement.

Orders accepted only to Australian addresses.

Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and standard debit cards.

Prices are in AUD, inclusive of GST (where applicable).

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders are processed within 3–4 business days before dispatch.
3. Product Descriptions & Care

Our items are natural sheepskin and wool products and may vary in:

Colour, size, shape, texture, and pile length—both between pieces and compared to website images.

Dye lots and natural hide variations may cause slight discrepancies in tone.

Colours may appear different on devices/screens and are indicative only.

Care instructions provided with each product must be followed. Instructions may also be found in the Care Instructions section of our website. Failure to adhere to these may void your rights for returns or refunds.
As lambskin and wool are natural products, slight variations in colour, shape, pile length, and texture may occur between individual items. These natural characteristics are not faults and do not qualify as grounds for return or exchange.
4. Risk, Title & Delivery

Title and risk pass to you once the courier confirms dispatch from our warehouse.

Shipping destinations: Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates—not guaranteed.

We cannot be held liable for courier delays, incorrect address issues, or failed delivery on your part.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns must comply with this section; all others will be refused.
5.1 Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods

Statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply:

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major failures,
-
Remedy for minor failures—repair or replacement.

We may request evidence (photo, video, product inspection) before processing a claim.

Costs for returns of faulty items will be covered by us.
5.2 Change-of-Mind Returns

Accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided:

Product is unused, in original condition & packaging,

You cover the return postage.

We reserve the right to deduct restocking fees or refuse returns if the item shows wear or damage.
5.3 Exclusions

Custom-made products (none in your offering) and sale/clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Products not cared for per instructions or used inappropriately (e.g., exposed to moisture beyond normal use) void eligibility.

In the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price, description, or other information due to a typographical error, system error, or error in pricing or product details provided by our suppliers, Casa Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price or with inaccurate information.

Casa Collection may cancel such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment has been processed. If your credit card or other payment method has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will promptly issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Casa Collection is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, dissatisfaction with natural scent or feel, or delays in delivery due to third-party carriers.”
5.4 Colour and Variation Disputes

Disputes related to colour or texture are not valid grounds for return, as we clearly explain natural variation and device colour differences in Section 3.
6. Intellectual Property

All content (images, videos, branding, designs, text) is owned by Casa Collection.

Use or copying without permission—photocopying, adaptation, reproduction—is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
7. Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Collection excludes:

Liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages;
-
Loss due to improper care, misuse, or failure to follow instructions;
-
Courier or third-party delivery delays;
-
Consumer’s device displaying inaccurate product colour.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Limitation of Actions

Any claim or legal action by you must be initiated within 12 months of the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We share your details with couriers and payment processors for order fulfilment. We do not sell personal data.
10. Amendments

We may update these Terms. Any changes are effective when posted. Your continued usage or orders after posting implies acceptance.
11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland.

Disputes must be resolved in Queensland courts.
